How to Sign Up
Getting started with Fit in College is quick and easy. Whether you want workout ideas, simple meal prep tips, or full weekly plans, you can create your account in just a few minutes and start working toward your goals.
Follow the steps below to sign up.
Who Can Join?
Fit in College is designed for:
- College students who want to stay active and healthy
- Busy students who need quick, efficient workouts
- Anyone who wants simple, realistic nutrition and fitness support
If you are ready to feel better, move more, and gain confidence, you are in the right place.
Step 1: Go to the Sign Up Page
- Click on the “Sign Up” or “Get Started” button in the top menu.
- You will be taken to our secure sign up form.
Step 2: Create Your Account
On the sign up form, you will:
- Enter your first and last name
- Use your email address (school or personal)
- Create a password that you will remember
- Confirm your password
Make sure you use an email you check often. We use it to send important updates and access to your resources.
Click “Create Account” to move to the next step.
Step 3: Choose Your Plan
Next, you will see your options. Your site might use wording like this:
- Free Plan – Basic access to articles, tips, and simple workout ideas
- Premium Plan – Full access to workout programs, meal prep guides, and weekly check in resources
Select the plan that fits your goals and budget, then click “Continue”.
If you choose a paid plan, you will be asked to enter your payment details on a secure page.
Step 4: Confirm Your Email
After you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Open your email inbox.
- Look for a message from us with the subject line like “Confirm your Fit in College account”.
- Click the confirmation link inside that email.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 5: Complete Your Profile
Once your email is confirmed, log in to your account.
You may be asked a few quick questions, such as:
- Your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
- Your main goals (build strength, feel healthier, gain energy, manage stress)
- How many days per week you want to work out
This helps us recommend the best content and plans for you.
Step 6: Start Using Your Account
After your profile is set, you are ready to explore.
You can:
- Browse workout ideas
- Download meal prep guides
- Try quick workouts for busy days
- Save your favorite articles and routines
We recommend starting with:
- A simple beginner or “first week” workout plan
- One easy meal prep guide you can use this week
