Getting started with Fit in College is quick and easy. Whether you want workout ideas, simple meal prep tips, or full weekly plans, you can create your account in just a few minutes and start working toward your goals.

Step 1: Go to the Sign Up Page

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” or “Get Started” button in the top menu.
  2. You will be taken to our secure sign up form.

Step 2: Create Your Account

On the sign up form, you will:
